Outdoor Officer– DOOH & OOH

We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Officer– DOOH & OOH to oversee the operation, maintenance, installation, and performance of our outdoor advertising assets.

The successful candidate will ensure the reliability, quality, and safety of Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) and Out-of-Home (OOH) media infrastructure across Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation, maintenance, and removal of DOOH and OOH advertising assets.
• Manage daily operations of digital screens, MUPIs, lightboxes, bridges, seniors, and other outdoor media installations.
• Lead and coordinate field technicians and installation teams.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure maximum asset uptime and operational efficiency.
• Track materials, tools, and spare parts required for maintenance activities.
• Maintain operational records and prepare maintenance and completion reports.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across all outdoor sites.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in outdoor advertising, digital signage, telecommunications, facilities maintenance, or related industries.
• Experience supervising field technicians and maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Good planning, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
